SPTS software has been developed to address the specific needs of small to medium size paratransit (demand response) services providing 50 to as many as 500 trips per day. It offers a comprehensive solution for client tracking, reservations, subscription orders, route scheduling, dispatch and driver manifests, and a wide range of built-in reports. Because Paratransit or Demand Response providers have very different reporting needs, you can build your own custom reports using any number of reporting tools such as Microsoft Access or Crystal Reports or we at Clear Creek Computer can develop custom reports for you.

SPTS lets you determine the codes you want for billing, passenger types, disabilities, and other user defined fields. This gives you a great deal of flexibility to meet your reporting needs.
