The scheduling window is where you assign a client trip to a schedule or run. You can also make this assignment at the time you take the reservation if you know in advance which schedule or run to assign the trip too.
In this window you would make all the assignments for a given date. Being able to see the list of client trips in time sequence allows you to assign trips in an efficient manner. It is as simple as clicking the drop down box and selecting the appropriate run. If you use a grid mapping system for your organization, the grid coordinate would show up in the grid field making it easier to visualize runs. This semi-automated scheduling approach is appropriate for organizations providing up to 500 trips per day.
