Clients form
The Clients form is used to manage all your client data. There are 3 tabs for managing information and trip history. The client tab contains typical client information. Drop down boxes contain selections that you will set up in the Administration section. Many fields give an explanation of the field when your mouse is over them.

The Information tab contains additional client information such as mailing address, emergency contacts, etc. There are fields here to add notes for staff use and for driver use. If you track ADA eligibility, you can enter the dates here as well.

The Trip History tab displays all the trips in the database for this client. This makes it easy to look up trips for a client or cancel a trip for a client.
